He was born in 1986 in Kumru District of Ordu. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Kumru and Ünye. He completed his medical education at Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. He completed his specialty education at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital. He established the Covid PCR laboratory in Mardin during the pandemic in 2020. He took part in the establishment, project design and training of PCR laboratories in many provinces in the region. Within the academic framework, he gave lectures at the Faculty of Health Sciences of Mardin Artuklu University. He has scientific studies in bacterial genetics, resistance analysis, resistance genes and molecular methods. He has been working as the assistant chief physician since December 2021.
