He was born in 1989 in Elazig. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Elazig. He started Firat University Faculty of Medicine in 2009 and graduated in 2015. Immediately after graduation, Elazig Karakoçan started to work at TSM as a public service officer. After working here for about nine months, he started his specialty training in the Internal Medicine Department of Fırat University Hospital with the Medical Specialization Exam in the spring of 2016. After completing his specialization training in 2020, he was appointed to Mardin Training and Research Hospital, where he served as the responsible physician in the Covid Intensive Care Unit and Internal Diseases Clinic. He was appointed as the assistant chief physician to Mardin Training and Research Hospital in November 2021. He is married, has a child, and speaks English at a good level.
