Cebrail KÖSEN
He was born on 26.07.1964 in Kızıltepe, Mardin. He graduated from Konya Vocational High School of Health and High School of Nursing, also he gaduated form Faculty of Business Administration at Anadolu University, He has finished Master of Health Management at Turkish Air Institute University. He was the director of refugee camp that openned in mardin between 1997-2011.
Between 1992-1997 he worked as the Director of Public Centers and Health Centers Department of Mardin Provincial Directorate of Health, between 1997-2011 he was the Personnel Branch Manager of Mardin Provincial Health Directorate and at the same time he worked as the director of Mardin State Hospital. He has been working as a Manager of Administrative and Financial Affairs since 2018. Turkey's football federation representative of Mardin, Mardin amateur sports clubs association general secretary, Active soccer referee observer and honey league auditor is the league's active volleyball player Gabriel KÖSEN.
He is married and has two children. He knows intermediate level English and Arabic.
