In our country, the second week of April has been accepted as the Heart Health Week every year, and events are held during the week of April 11-17 in order to increase social awareness for the prevention of heart diseases.

   To protect your heart:

Avoid tobacco, tobacco products and alcohol,

· Eat a healthy and balanced diet,

Limit salt consumption,

Take a walk regularly

Have blood pressure (blood pressure), cholesterol, sugar (diabetes) checks done,

Use the medicines given by the doctor regularly,
